33rd Annual London Bridge Seaplane Classic

One of such events is the Annual London Bridge Seaplane Classic. This annual pageant is a great opportunity for people all over the world to showcase their seaplanes. Lovers of this pageant from all over come together for this event every year to wow spectators with their designs. This pageant is really great for tourists, as they get to have a great time. Over 100 contestants usually grace the event every year with beautifully designed seaplanes. The seaplanes used for this event are basically remote controlled, which makes it easy to operate from a distance. You, also, have the opportunity of enjoying the wonderful terrain at the venue. The cool, balmy weather, lakes, and mountain views are all part of the fun for you and your family. So, if you have a seaplane and would like to enter into the competition, what are you waiting for?
The following information should help you through the process effectively;
Registration Process
If you wish to have a place in this amazing pageant, then you must think of registering for it. Pre-registration cost was $50. However, this offer expired on the 20th of October, 2018. Right now, registration for the 33rd annual London Bridge Seaplane Classic costs $60. The admission costs for spectators, however, are free. Come with your family and friends, and enjoy the show.
Raffle Tickets
There are raffle draw tickets available for all to win amazing prizes. The prices for these tickets are as follows;
- $2 for one ticket
- $5 for 3 tickets
- $10 for 7 tickets
- $20 for 15 tickets
Every registered pilot will get 2 free tickets regardless, or if they purchase one or not. The raffle draw will be held on Saturday at 3pm. The winning ticket will be called out three times and if no one comes forward to claim the prize, the next ticket drawn will be given the prize.
Accommodation
Overnight camping accommodations will be available on the 9th and 10th of November, in the Windsor beach 4 parking lot. Each parking space costs $20 and is not negotiable. There will also, be airplane rides from your accommodation to the beach, as it is always done every year of the event. If you also need wheelchair services, you can contact Lake Havasu State Park, because they are in charge of accommodations.
