Come and have fun in the desert storm poker run and shootout that is coming up on the 17th of April, 2018. The desert storm poker run and shootout is a world-class collection of the best performance boats from across the nation.
If you are a performance boater, you are free to participate. And that’s not all; the admission fee for boaters is free! So you can come and enjoy yourself without worrying about price.

Thursday (19th of April)
Desert Storm Street Party
In the party, there will be lots of boat racing displays up and down the boulevard and trust me when I say that the show will take your breath away. You have no reason to miss this party; whether you love watching sports boats or you just want to be a speculator, you should be at this party.
Bars, shops, and local restaurants will be open, and there will be lots of activities going on including live music, remote radio broadcast, shopping, entertainment, refreshments, and plenty food.
Friday (20th of April)
Desert Storm “parade of power.”
More than 160 boats are expected to participate in this year’s event. The boat drivers will be displaying their beautiful boats on parade all the way from Thompson Bay, through Bridgewater Channel. The best views will be along Bridgewater Chanel, along the London Bridge Beach, and at Windsor 4; so put that in mind.
The event master of the ceremony will announce the participants and their boats as they pass the park. A live broadcast of the event will feature on Radio Central. You can also watch the events in the English village, rotary community beach, and the nautical beachfront resort.
Desert Storm Poker Run
After the lovely parade, the boat drivers will be taking off for the fantastic poker run, and picking up cards at various card stops on the lake (that will be so much fun!)
Saturday (21st of April)
Desert Storm Shootout
The drivers will run a two-mile course which will begin near the site six launch ramp south that is along the California side of the lake. In the shootout, 30 different classes will be competing with more than 67 runs.
