The 2016 Annual Go Skateboarding Day

Whether you own a scooter, skateboard, or bicycle, the 2016 Annual ‘Go Skateboarding’ Day is the place to be, converging at 2330 McCulloch Boulevard here in Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Participants must register beforehand, starting at 4pm and located at the city car park near Eduardo’s Jewelers (McCulloch Boulevard). From 6pm, the event will begin and police will be escorting participants along McCullouch Bl, Smoketree Ave, and arriving at the Rotary Park/ Tinnell Memorial Sports Complex.

The lights will be left on until 11pm, at which point the event finishes, however until then a DJ will be playing some of the best tunes up until 10pm and everybody is invited to come along (even if you don’t skate or ride!).

As per the normal health/safety rules and obligations, helmets and the correct safety gear is not only required, but strongly recommended. Attendance and participation is free to all but registration is required. Any participants who are under the legal age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian or parent.
