43rd Annual Lake Havasu Polar Bear Day

The 2016 maiden edition of the 43rd Annual Lake Havasu Polar Bear Day – presented by the Lake Havasu Boat & Ski Club, is your gateway to earning that Polar Bear patch you have dreamed of. It all starts with a dip in the lake to help you earn that badge during the Lake Havasu Event.

This Lake Havasu City event, expects swimmers to pay a $5 entry fee in other to be a partaker in the Havasu event. Participants are expected to only come in shorts and swim suits as no wetsuit will be allowed. The organizers of this Lake Havasu Events will make provision for a traditional blue and yellow Chicken patch for those participants that are not brave – an entry fee of $5 will also be required for participants of this category for this year’s Lake Havasu Events scheduled to be held in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.

Shortly after the competition, a heater has been provided on the beach for every participant to help warm up and, later on, partake in a huge pot of soup to ease the cold inward.

The organizers of this year’s Havasu events is cordially inviting everyone to join in the fun at London Bridge Beach for an afternoon of thrill and chills. Gift prices will also be awarded to the youngest male and female present on this day.
