Lake Havasu City MUD MADNESS is BACK March 23rd of 2013! Are you an extreme athlete? Do you like to like to get dirty? Do you enjoy having a great time? Do you like beer gardens? If you answered “YES” to any of those questions then the Lake Havasu City MUD MADNESS run is for you! Whether you like to push your body to the limit or just want to have some fun in the mud with friends this event is sure to bring a new level of excitement!
This run is a 5k (3.1 miles) run which doesn’t sound too bad until you see the treacherous terrain you’re going to have to endure! The Lake Havasu City MUD MADNESS is a muddy trail with 24 obstacles and their job is to strictly get in your way! If you’re worried about the heat, well Lake Havasu City MUD MADNESS team made sure almost all of those 24 obstacles involve WATER! So be prepared to get dirty!
The Lake Havasu City MUD MADNESS wouldn’t be the same if there wasn’t something to congratulate you at the finish line now would it… Well they have you covered on that with a giant BEER GARDEN to welcome your finish! Vendors will be out at the beer garden selling their goods as well! There will be waves of 50 every 15 minutes. The sooner you sign up, the sooner you race that day! So come on out and try something a little different because it’s always fun to play in the MUD!
All proceeds benefit Friends of the Fair and the youth of Lake Havasu City Parks and Recreation Department.
